Clothing:
Waterproof and windproof jacket
Warm layers (fleece or down jacket)
Full-sleeve thermal inners
Quick-dry t-shirts and trekking pants
Woolen cap and gloves
Extra pair of socks (preferably woolen and synthetic)
Footwear:
Sturdy trekking shoes with good grip
Lightweight slippers for campsites
Gear:
Backpack (40-50L) with rain cover
Trekking pole (optional but useful)
Headlamp or flashlight with extra batteries
Water bottles or hydration pack (minimum 2 liters)
Essentials:
Sunscreen (SPF 30+), lip balm, and sunglasses
Personal toiletries and quick-dry towel
Basic first aid kit (band-aids, antiseptic, pain relievers, altitude sickness medicine)
Power bank and camera (optional)
ID proof and required permits (if applicable)
Snacks and Misc:
Energy bars, dry fruits, and ORS
Lightweight rain poncho or raincoat
Small garbage bag (Leave No Trace principle)
